Countdown to Kindergarten
Connecting incoming students, their families, and their teachers through one-on-one visits to support transitioning into kindergarten.

Countdown to Kindergarten is a home visitation program that pairs families of rising kindergarteners with their future teachers during the summer.
Teachers complete six one-hour visits with each child's family, five in the family's home and a final visit in the kindergarten classroom.

Parents As Teachers
A program offering home visitations and group support for parents and caregivers that ensures children are healthy, safe, learning and ready for school.

PAT serves parents and caregivers with children aged 0-5.
It includes personal visits from a parent educator, group connections with other PAT families, developmental screenings and connections to outside resources to help families support their children in reaching success.

Imagination Library
As a local affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, we provide one free, high-quality book per month to all enrolled children.

Books are delivered by mail to registered children each month from birth to age five, no matter their family's income.
Each title is selected by a panel of literacy specialists, who choose books that meet the age-specific developmental needs of young children.

Child Care Scholarship
Offering parents assistance with paying for childcare for their preschool children.

Eligible children receive tuition-free enrollment at quality child care centers.

Child Care Training
Free training to assist childcare professionals in growing the knowledge and skills they need in order to provide quality early care and education to our preschool children.

Our training programs are for child care directors and early educators.
Trainings are certified through SC Endeavors and include topics in the areas of nutrition, health and safety, curriculum, child guidance, and program administration.
